The Challenge

This tech accessory brand was very successful in its home country of the US.   Now  the client wanted to replicate this success in other Amazon marketplaces worldwide.

Our Solution

eBiz Global developed a staged roll-out plan to  launch the brand into 12 other Amazon marketplaces. 

This involved full localization of the marketing content into 9 non-English languages using native speakers.  Part of this was an intense focus on SEO, to gain visibility via the local Amazon A10 algorithm, and this involved both local research of keywords and the development of optimal local copy.

Results

Cumulatively, the brand achieved ongoing annualized sales of over $6M, 12 months after the launches into these new markets.

As other Amazon added new marketplaces such as in Turkey, the Czech Republic and Ireland, the brand was launched in these countries using the same successful roll-out model.
