OUR STORY
The ebiz story started in the FMCG markets of the 1990s in one of the world’s most competitive markets, Japan. From Tokyo, the founder Andrew Till worked as a strategic consultant using data-modeling on over a thousand of new product launches, in Asia and worldwide, guiding multinational clients such as Unilever and L’Oréal to market leadership positions.

As the world switched from offline to online, Andrew found that much of the quantitative behavioral marketing science that drives success at supermarket shelves was equally relevant to driving success in Amazon’s competitive marketplaces.
A diverse team was assembled, with manufacturer and agency backgrounds, to help our clients crack the Japan market by selling their brands direct to consumers, via online channels. Very soon the same clients that appreciated our numbers driven approach and bespoke service, were asking to us manage their Amazon accounts internationally.
And ebiz Japan quickly became ebiz global…

OUR PEOPLE
ebiz global is a specialized team located across Europe, North America and Central & East Asia, and led from the UK by our founding members:
Andrew is passionate about using data analytics to drive consumer behaviour and demand. Earlier in his career, he worked with multivariate models developed at MIT and consulted on over a thousand product launches globally.
As retail evolved to online, Andrew found strong resonance between FMCG learnings and Amazon’s fast-moving environment.
Away from work, Andrew enjoys swimming, scuba diving, and collecting vinyl.
At Obagi, Sun was responsible for the advertising and PR of the brand in Japan, which achieved spectacular growth, reaching sales of $57M only 5 years after launch, and the creation a new “cosmeceutical” segment. Online marketing was a key pillar of Obagi’s success.
At eBiz Sun Song continues to help brands flourish in Japan, while also overseeing the company’s operations covering Amazon marketplaces worldwide.
Away from work, she loves watching movies and Korean dramas and hasn’t come across a real-life situation yet that cannot be viewed through the lens of “The Godfather”.
Prior to co-founding eBiz Global, Saim worked for two of the largest Amazon agencies in the US. It was there he became passionate about Amazon’s A10 algorithm and how to build visibility through rankings and drive conversion. His key talent is for combining analytics, creativity, and strategic insight to help brands thrive in competitive Amazon marketplaces. He has worked in on a wide range of brands including DIESEL, Lupa Legacy, Prosourcefit, Masingo, Skidee, Opportuniteas and ZUGU.
On the rare occasion he stops working, Saim loves travelling and experiencing new cultures.
